Ex-Bama Player update

I have been incredibly busy lately and haven't posted in a while, so let's get started.

-Brian Williams played 18 of 20 games for the Birmingham Magicians of the ABA and averaged 20.9ppg, 3.6rpg, and 4.6apg.

-Buck Johnson knocked off the rust for the Magicians and played in 4 of 20 games for them. He averaged 12ppg, 9.7rpg, and 2.5apg. I would say he can still bring it for an old man.

-Michael Ansley thru 27 games is averaging 11.6ppg, a league-leading 9.3rpg, and 1.4apg for Stal Ostrow Wielkopolski for the Dominet Basket Liga in Poland.

-David Benoit has wrapped up the season on the Saitama Broncos of the Japanese BJ League. His stats were not available, but he had to have been one of the better players on a team that finished up with 7 wins and 33 losses in a 6-team league, good for dead last.

-Schea Cotton signed recently with the Pennsylvania Vally Dawgs of the USBL. The thing is, the team just announced they are ceasing ops until further notice, so it's not looking good.

-Kennedy Winston has played 24 of 32 games for CB Gran Canaria of the Estadisticas Liga ACB in Spain. They are sitting at 19-12 for 5th place among 18 teams. He is averaging 8.7ppg, 2.3rpg, and 0.8apg while shooting 34%3pt, 45%2pt, and 64%ft.

That is enough for now. I will post more later.

Ansley is still playing pro ball? Wow... I remember him on the inaugural Orlando Magic squad of 1990. Actually I was at their first ever win vs the NY Knicks.

Didn't know Benoit was still hooping either. Both of them must be pushing 40 by now.

Thanks for the updates.
