Early SEC Team Previews

South Carolina
Mississippi State

I agree with everything except the Arkansas and Miss St predictions.

Edit- I totally missed the Ole Miss preview (thanks to Hville for finding it). I didn't think to look at #138 to find a SEC team. YIKES!

SI Q&A with Ronald Steele

Q&A with Steele
Nice interview... nothing new (or anything we haven't heard) but good press for the Alabama basketball program.

There's a mistake on the site... on the front page of the site- SI
Ronald Steele returns for his junior season after averaging 14.3 points for Alabama during last year's Sweet 16 run.

If we were a Sweet 16 team last year, they'd be even more hype to this upcoming season.

HOORAY! Schedule finally released...

... no Seton Hall so I guess that fell through.
2006-2007 schedule

The OOC schedule isn't as murderous as Kentucky or LSU, but it is tough enough to prepare the team for the tournament. We probably should be favored to win all of our OOC games as Notre Dame and NC State (the name road games) will likely struggle.

And then there was 1... Vandy schedule released

Decent OOC schedule

Maybe our schedule will be released before the season begins. While I'm aware of the late Seton Hall add, does it really take this long to get the schedule released? I have to shake my head sometimes at things IMO the AD is late to the party with.

Arkansas and Auburn schedules (updated)

Interesting matchup at Missouri

Outside of going to Texas, the Hogs have a relatively easy OOC schedule. The interesting game is them going to Missouri to play against their former HC (Mike Anderson).
What could've been at Arkansas...

Auburn and their 72 fans celebrate the 2006-2007 schedule:
The curtain to be 25% drawn

Seriously, I think this is the year Lebo makes strides... something like 6 wins in conference. Maybe they can challenge Dave Odom's 'Cocks for the NIT.
